not really… your heart will not stop beating in 10 seconds, it wouldnt even slow down. Your heart will gain strength and youll have less of a chance of affore mentioned heart attack

wow, I never heard of this before, but it sounds like a great idea. Thanks for the tip! I’m gonna try this for at least a month and see if I like it more than what I’m currently doing
